Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Lilita's Studio ("Lilita's Studio," "we," "our," or "us") and govern your use of lilitasstudio.com, app.lilitasstudio.com, and the services offered there (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Lilita's Studio is an online interior design service. You upload photos of your room and tell us your style preferences; the Lilita's Studio design system (our automated design technology, which uses artificial intelligence) generates design previews, a final room render, and a "Design Shopping Kit": a shoppable PDF that pairs your design with real products from third-party retailers (currently Amazon product listings).

The Service provides design inspiration, visualization, and shopping guidance. It is not a licensed interior design, architecture, or engineering service, and nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice.

Access to your projects is tied to your email address. We use magic links sent to your email instead of passwords, so anyone with access to your email inbox can access your projects. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for providing an accurate email address.

You agree to provide accurate information when using the Service and to use the Service only for your own projects.

We offer a limited number of free design preview attempts so you can try the Service before purchasing. We may change the number of free attempts, or modify or discontinue the free preview feature, at any time. Free previews are provided as-is, for evaluation only, and do not include the final render or the Design Shopping Kit.

The standard Design Pack is a one-time purchase of $49.99 USD and includes three (3) room credits. Each room credit lets you take one room project through to a final render and Design Shopping Kit. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details. Your payment is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases you have already completed. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

No promotion is currently active; the Design Pack is sold at the standard price of $49.99 USD with three (3) room credits. The launch offer that ran in August 2026 has ended.

Any future promotion will be published on lilitasstudio.com with its own dates, limits and conditions before it starts.

A promotion applies only to purchases completed within its published window and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount; when a promotion's window closes or its cap is reached before your payment completes, the standard price applies. Promotional purchases are otherwise subject to these Terms, including the refund policy below.

Because the Design Pack is a digital product delivered electronically, our refund policy works as follows:

Before delivery: you may request a full refund at any time before your first Design Shopping Kit has been delivered, for any reason. Contact us through the form at lilitasstudio.com/contact from the email you used at checkout.

Delivery guarantee: if we fail to deliver your Design Shopping Kit within 7 days of you completing a project submission with an available credit, you are entitled to a full refund on request.

After delivery: once a Design Shopping Kit has been delivered to your email, that credit is considered used and the purchase is non-refundable, except where the delivered kit is materially defective: for example, the render does not correspond to the room you submitted, the file is corrupted or unreadable, or the kit is substantially incomplete. Report defects within 14 days of delivery and we will re-render the design or refund you, at your choice.

Style and taste: a design that is technically correct but not to your personal taste is not a defect; the free previews exist so you can evaluate the style direction before you pay. That said, if you are unhappy with your kit, write to us: we review every case individually and we want you to love your room.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Renders and previews are concept visualizations generated by the Lilita's Studio system. They are intended to inspire and guide your design decisions; they are not architectural drawings, construction documents, or measured plans, and they may not perfectly reflect your room's true dimensions, lighting, colors, or structural features.

Product recommendations in your Design Shopping Kit are generated by the Lilita's Studio system. Products shown in renders are visual approximations; the actual products linked in your kit may differ in appearance, color, size, or finish from how they appear in the render.

Nothing in the Service is professional advice. Do not rely on renders or recommendations for structural, electrical, plumbing, safety, or building-code decisions. Verify measurements and consult licensed professionals where appropriate.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all recommendations before making purchase decisions. Automated systems can make mistakes.

Your Design Shopping Kit links to product listings from third-party retailers (currently Amazon). Lilita's Studio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any retailer mentioned in the Service, and the inclusion of a product does not imply the retailer's endorsement of Lilita's Studio.

Prices, availability, product names, images, and specifications shown in your kit reflect retailer listings at the time your kit was generated and can change at any time without notice. Always verify the current price, availability, and product details on the retailer's site before purchasing.

Any purchase you make from a retailer is a transaction between you and that retailer, subject to the retailer's own terms. Lilita's Studio does not sell, ship, or warrant those products and is not responsible for product quality, safety, defects, shipping, returns, or retailer conduct.

We do not guarantee any specific savings amount or budget outcome.

You keep all rights to the photos and other content you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate anyone else's rights.

You grant Lilita's Studio a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and process your uploaded content, including sending it to the third-party image and language model providers the Lilita's Studio system uses (currently Google and OpenAI), solely to operate the Service, generate your designs and kits, and provide support. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except as needed to comply with law.

Do not upload photos that include other people, sensitive documents, or anything you do not have the right to share.

The Service, including the platform, software, design system, branding, and site content, is the intellectual property of Lilita's Studio and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of it to you.

When your Design Shopping Kit and final render are delivered, you receive a perpetual, personal-use license to them: you may use, print, save, and share them for your own non-commercial purposes, including showing them to contractors or family. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them commercially (for example, in a paid design service) without our written permission.

Lilita's Studio may use renders generated by the Service, in anonymized form (never including your name, contact details, or identifiable personal information), to evaluate, improve, and train the Lilita's Studio design system. If you would prefer your project's renders not be used this way, contact us through the form at lilitasstudio.com/contact.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that is infringing, obscene, or harmful, or that depicts identifiable people without their consent; (c) attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (d) use bots, scraping, or automated means to access the Service or circumvent free-preview limits or the launch-offer cap; (e) resell or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs except as these Terms allow; or (f) misrepresent your identity or payment information.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

The Service depends on third-party providers: Stripe (payments), cloud infrastructure providers including Cloudflare (hosting and photo storage), AI providers including Google and OpenAI (design generation), and email delivery providers. Their availability affects ours, and your use of their services through ours may be subject to their terms.

Links to third-party sites (including retailer listings) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

We send transactional emails that are part of the Service: magic links, project status updates, kit delivery, and receipts. You cannot opt out of these while using the Service.

With your consent, we may also send marketing emails about offers and new features. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly (and in any case within 10 business days), as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to lilitasstudio@gmail.com with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and terminate repeat infringers.

THE SERVICE AND ALL DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LILITA'S STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RENDERS AND RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LILITA'S STUDIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR PURCHASE DECISIONS MADE BASED ON KIT RECOMMENDATIONS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $50 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Talk to us first: most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us through the form at lilitasstudio.com/contact and give us 30 days to work with you toward a resolution.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Lilita's Studio agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer rules, instead of in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse.

Class-action waiver: disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis; neither party may participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular dispute, that dispute shall proceed in court rather than arbitration.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement through the contact form at lilitasstudio.com/contact within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name and the email you use for the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or where required by law.

If we terminate your access without cause while you have unused paid room credits, we will refund you a pro-rata amount for the unused credits. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including licenses to delivered kits, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by email or a notice in the Service, before the changes take effect. Changes apply prospectively; your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Jurisdiction, OWNER TO CONFIRM], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the Dispute Resolution section, any claims not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of [State/Jurisdiction, OWNER TO CONFIRM].
