The plan behind the room

The plan kept the window and the floor, replaced the bed with a solid wood platform frame with Japanese joinery, added two oak side tables as nightstands and a pair of small wood-base lamps, put a scalloped jute rug under the bed so the room feels grounded, hung linen blackout curtains, and allowed one three-piece abstract artwork, a set of black candle holders and an acacia tray. Nothing else.

What if I don't like the result?

You don't pay until you have seen the free Design Direction Preview of your own room. If the direction isn't right, you close the tab and owe nothing. Once a kit is delivered it is a final sale, and objective errors in a delivered kit are reviewed case by case.

Questions about this room

What are the rules of a Japandi bedroom?: Low furniture, natural materials (light wood, linen, wool, ceramic), a muted palette, one light source you can dim, and empty space treated as part of the design. If it isn't useful or beautiful, it doesn't go in.
